NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005158 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding Corporation 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Patricia T. Nicotera also known as Patricia Nicotera, Sabal Trace Master Association, Inc. also known as Sabal Trace Masters Association, Inc, The Colony at Sabal Trace Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 203, BUILDING 5758, THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005115527, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005132220, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 49 THROUGH 49G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT GARAGE 58-6 AND PARKING SPACE 58-6, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
