NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008377 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., solely as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-AC3, is the Plaintiff and Dorian Danys, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 43, AND THAT PORTION OF THE WESTERLY 10 FEET OF LOTS 63 AND 64, BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 43, EXTENDED EASTERLY 10 FEET FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 43, AND BEING BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 43, EXTENDED EASTERLY 10 FEET FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 43, GOLF CLUB ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
