NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009652 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarastoa County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is Plaintiff, and Carl E. Muench, Theresa Muench, Household Financial Corporation III, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Pinnacle Financial Corporation d/b/a Tri Star Lending Group and United States Department of Treasury are the Defendants.
Karen E. Rushing, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 28, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 182, of Kensington Park Subdivision, Unit No. 2, According to the Plat Thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 9, at Pages 65 and 65A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
