NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 11, 2014, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007741 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA the Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the Cwalt, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA17, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA17 is the Plaintiff and Renate Havlicek; Brend Havlicek; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 714, UNIT 6, KENSINGTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 17 17A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
