NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-006014-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE BACKED TRUST SERIES 2006-3, MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA L. ORAVEC A/K/A CHRISTINA ORAVEC; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LOIS MARINO; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A NANCY MARINO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 5858, 5859 AND THE SOUTHWEST 1/2 OF LOT 5860, UNIT 23, OF SOUTH VENICE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
