NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-004431 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC1 is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY G. SWARTZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 32.5 FEET OF LOT 26 AND THE EAST 33.5 FEET OF LOTS 4 AND 5 AND THE EAST 33.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK D, WASHINGTON HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET FOR STREET
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
