Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CC-2282 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANDOVAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and GABRIELLE AMEN ROMANO, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GABRIELLE AMEN ROMANO, IF ANY, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON f/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ, INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006F a/k/a THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 7085, SANDOVAL PHASE I, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 15-31, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
