NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-056356 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-19CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-19CB, Plaintiff, and ROGER E. HAGOOD; BUFFY GISI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100133700013426203); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; CROSS CREEK ESTATES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives , the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 21st day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK A, CROSS CREEK ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 93-97 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
