NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 21, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2011- CA-053596 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA A. BURNSIDE and JESSICA L. BURNSIDE, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 22 day of May, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 26, UNIT 7, TWIN LAKE ESTATES, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 213, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
