NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 2, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-053407 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 2 day of July, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment;
Lot 1, Block 26, Unit 7, Section 22, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 32, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
