NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-051929 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A JEREMY DARING; ESTATE OF ALONZO WHITE, JR., DECEASED, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF ALONZO WHITE, JR., DECEASED, HERMAN WHITE, JAWANA MCCORMICK STEPHENS A/K/A JAWANA G. STEPHENS, ALONZO B. MERCHANT, SONIA R. WHITE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 4 day of June, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK E, AMBERWOOD ESTATES, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO RESERVATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
