HILLMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BOTANICA LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA; are defendants.
