PEREZ HERRERA A/K/A JORGE L. PEREZ, A/K/A JORGE LUIS PEREZ A/K/A JORGE PEREZ A/K/A JORGE PEREZ HERRERA A/K/A JORGE LUIS HERRERA BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE YENNY HERNANDEZ FACENDA A/K/A YENNY HERNANDEZ ROSE MARTINEZ; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
