REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-R4 is Plaintiff and BRIAN K. LONG; SUSAN LONG; LYNAN ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. BOOK 4291, PAGES 600 THROUGH 605 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH A 2002 DOUBLE-WIDE MOBIL HOME, VIN#S: FLHML3N160525609A AND FLHML3N160525609B.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
