O'Neil clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
LOT 1289, BEACON WOODS, VILLAGE 5-C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 130 AND 131 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

THE NORTHWEST 4.00 FEET OF LOT 1290, BEACON WOODS, VILLAGE 5-C ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 130 AND 131 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock, A.M, on May 27, 2014
