NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001997-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and OSCAR ZAPATA; RUBIELA MORENO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 977, THE LAKES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE(S) 129 THROUGH 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
