NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 26, 2014 entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005776-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Rodrik Hense a/k/a Rodrik L. Hense; Unknown Spouse of Rodrik Hense a/k/a Rodrik L. Hense; The Bank of New York Mellon FKA the Bank of New York, as successor trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-M; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 941, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
