You are notified that an action to foreclose a lien for condominium assessments on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit 14-315, THE QUARTER AT YBOR, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 15311, Page 1006, and all its attachments and amended in Official Records Book 15979 Page 1992, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to SHAWN G. BROWN, ESQ., of Lang & Brown, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, on or before the 16th day of June, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
