NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-007226, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PAUL DIPASQUALE; BRIDGEFORD OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COLLEEN L. DIPASQUALE A/K/A COLLEEN L. WEAVER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 2, BRIDGEFORD OAKS PHASE 2, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 90, AT PAGE 94 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
