NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date dated April 24, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-015726 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-14 is Plaintiff and RAFAEL PAZ, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County's On-Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on June 12, 2014, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 13, BOUTON AND SKINNER'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
