NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, entered in Case No. 12-CA-000850 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and Nancy Ann Adkins; Unknown Spouse of Nancy Ann Adkins; Nancy Ann Adkins as Personal Representative of the Estate of Juanita Louise Adkins a/k/a Juanita L. Adkins; Hiram Jones; Michael Troy Jones; Unknown Spouse of Michael Troy Jones; Veronica Reynolds; Abigal Jones; Rhetta Hoover-Jones; If living, including any unknown spouse of said Defendant(s), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); City of Tampa, A Municipal Corporation of the State of Florida; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; Arrow Financial Services, LLC as Assignee of Lundstrom; State of Florida; Capital One Bank; Midland Funding NCC-2 Corp., As Successor In Interest To Ugly-Ducking Finance Corporation; Whether dissolved or presently existing, together with any grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said Defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 19th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5, YBOR HEIGHTS GIBSON & HOBBS SUBDIVISION, AND THE EAST ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THE WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSOBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
