Notice is hereby given that TOWER IMAGING, INC., a Florida corporation, is operating under the names Tower Radiology Center - Vonderburg; and Tower Radiology Center - Robertson, and intends to register with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida the Fictitious Names of Tower Radiology Center - Vonderburg; and Tower Radiology Center - Robertson, in compliance with Section 865.09 of the Florida Statutes.
