Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Court Action 12-CA-018862-N in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Mitchell Family Foundation, Inc. is a plaintiff and Jose Francisco Mira, a/k/a Jose F. Mira; Heritage Bank of Florida, d/b/a Heritage Bank, as custodian of the Tom P. Martino Sr. IRA account dated May 9, 2011; Tom P. Martino, Inc.; Dodge Enterprises; Unknown Tenant #1, n/k/a Raul Castillo; and Unknown Tenant #2, n/k/a Elvira Alvarez are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. In a sale at Public Auction to be conducted electronically at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on June 4, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
The South 85 feet of the North ½ of the Southeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 29, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 1200 feet thereof and LESS the East 30 feet for road right-of-way.
Together with Mobile Home more specifically described as follows: 1989 SKYL, 57620158AY and 57620158BY.
Commonly referred to as 416 South Mulrennan Road, Valrico, Florida 33594.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
