NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-002661 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, SRMOF II 2012-1 TRUST, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff, and, LUCAS, ROLLAND G., et. al., are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of May, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2, FIRST ADDITION TO HILLCREST ACRES, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
