NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (As to Counts I, II, and IV of the Complaint) entered in the above-captioned action on April 22, 2014, the clerk of court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
Lot 5, PARKSIDE BUSINESS CENTRE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 61, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
at a public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on September 11, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
