NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about March 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-022059 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Carol C. Ortega, Cypress Creek of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc., Ezequiel Ortega, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 16, CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
