NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-012899 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Jeffrey Michael Yarborough; Unknown Spouse of Jeffrey Michael Yarborough; The Highlands at Hunter's Green Condominium Association, Inc.; PNC Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to National City Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 703, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 12788, PAGE 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
