NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-018296 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Pablo Cruz; Unknown Spouse of Pablo Cruz; NCO Portfolio Management, Inc.; John Doe; Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 27th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 105 AND THE EAST ONE-HALF OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE WEST, WILMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
