Final Judgment was awarded on January 30, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-027437, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff, and, BABALOLA OLUSOLA OLUWOLE; OLUYENISI AYOKA OLUWOLE A/K/A OLUYEMISI AY OLUWOLE AKA OLUYEMISI AYOKA; CROSS CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK PARCEL D PHASE I HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE, COMPANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
