YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 17, Block 1, Thousand Oaks Subdivision as per Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 68 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida with the exception being that Florida Power`s Easement begins directly under the center of their power lines and extends 50` in each direction and not 50` from the Northernmost property line of said lot.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, such Morris Hardwick Schneider, LLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 5110 Eisenhower Blvd, Suite 302A, Tampa, FL 33634 on or before May 26, 2014, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff`s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
