Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 702, Building 700, VILLAS OF PINELLAS FARMS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 5987, Pages 923 through 968, inclusive, as subsequently amended, and as shown in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 34, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 1, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
