NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10009515CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE SAMI II TRUST 2005-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR7 is the Plaintiff and DALE A DYCK; NORMA K DYCK A/K/A NORMA A DYCK; THE VILLAS OF SOMERSET WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 9, BUILDING 2, VILLAS OF SOMERSET WOODS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VILLAS OF SOMERSET WOODS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5488, PAGE 2095 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 67, PAGES 35 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
