NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2014, entered in Case No. 11-011268-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Robert E. Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Robert E. Sherman; Unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, trustees of Joan Sherman, deceased; Robert Sherman, Heir; Unknown Spouse of Robert Sherman, Heir; Joanie Delosh, Heir; Unknown Spouse of Joanie Delosh, Heir; Peter Widner, Heir; Russell Sherman, Heir; Diane Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Diane Sherman; Samuel D. Sherman; Unknown Spouse of Samuel D. Sherman; If living, including any unknown spouse of said Defendant(s), if remarried, and if deceased, the respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and Trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Quicken Loans, Inc.; Ford Motor Credit Company, LLC; Whispering Woods Homeowners Association of Pinellas County; whether dissolved or presently existing, together with any grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, or trustees of said defendant(s) and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, WHISPERING WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY. FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
