NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 22, 2014, and entered in the above styled case, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BERYL MANNS, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on May 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 22, BUILDING 1, SUNSET GROVE 1 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4081, AT PAGE 1235, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
