YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, ROYAL STEWART ARMS CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 102 of ROYAL STEWART ARMS CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4265, Page 312, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 108, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 9 Haig Place, #102, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 06/09/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
