Apartment 214, Barcley Estates Condominium One, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 3657 at Pages 531 through 614, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9 at Page 33 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
