YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on and to foreclose on a mortgage on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 11, Block 1, SHERWOOD FOREST SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 27, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on PHILIP D.
