Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated May 1, 2014, in Case No. 11-5281 CI 19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Narciso R. Vivot is the plaintiff and Matthew Whitehead is the defendant, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale on June 12, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
The East 45 feet of Lot 10 and the West 10 feet of Lot 11, Block 35, HALL=S CENTRAL AVE. NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
If this property is sold at public auction, there may be additional money from the sale after payment of persons who are entitled to be paid from the sale proceed pursuant to the final judgment. If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. If you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order to participate in this proceeding, you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance.
