NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014224 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and THEOPHILUS WHITEHEAD, ERVIN WHITEHEAD, CLAUDE WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF HATTIE M. DAVIS A/K/A HATTIE MAE DAVIS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HATTIE M. DAVIS A/K/A HATTIE MAE DAVIS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERVIN WHITEHEAD N/K/A BARBARA WHITEHEAD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THEOPHILUS WHITEHEAD N/K/A CATHERINE WHITEHEAD, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAUDE WILLIAMS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of May, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 44 2/3 feet of Lot 16, Block 7, REVISED PLAT OF COLONIAL PLACE according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 39 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
