Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 13-005170-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for MAST ALT TRST 2005-6 is the Plaintiff, and SANDRA HARLAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 72, TALL PINES ESTATES-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGES 65 AND 66, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
