NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-001796-CI-007 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION as servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta is the Plaintiff and AARON M. GIL, KIMBERLY L. GIL are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M on AUGUST 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 14, Block 2, EASTLAKE OAKS PHASE 2, as recorded in Plat Book 116, Pages 12 through 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1647 Gray Bark Drive, Oldsmar, FL 34677.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
