NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2014, and entered in 2009-018150-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSHCE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2004 is the Plaintiff and MARK L. LEPZINSKI A/K/A MARK LAWRENCE LEPZINSKI A/K/A MARK LEPZINSKI; J. HEBIN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LIFE ON THE ROCKS AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST NUMBER 10814041406; PEGGY SUE LEPZINSKI A/K/A PEGGY LEPZINSKI; JAMES E. DEAN AS TRUSTEE OF THE JAMES E. DEAN TRUST AGREEMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE; CHASE BANK, U.S.A., NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO-DANIEL L. SHAMON IRA ACCOUNT #60776; J. HEBIN; JAMES E. DEAN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 29, RE-REVISED MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
