STILES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 5 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 6, BLOCK 80, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29,1888, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
