Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-010741-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MARVIN T. PUGH, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 23, BUILDING NO. 4, OF LONG BAYOU CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 52 THROUGH 64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. 4522, PAGE 1451 THROUGH 1567 ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of May, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
