NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-004162-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, (FORMERLY KNOWN AS, WACHOVIA BANK, N. A.), AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-11 is the Plaintiff and HERMAN A RIVIERA A/K/A HR RIVIERA MERS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CORPORATION OF TEXAS DBA EXPANDED MORTGAGE CREDIT WINTERMERE HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, WINTERMERE HARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 67 THROUGH 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
