NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020872-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ISMAIL TUYSUZ; NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; EMINE TUYSUZ; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TONY SOLA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of June, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, NORTH SHORE AT LAKE HART PARCEL 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGES 9 THRU 13, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
