NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 014048 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is Plaintiff and SERTRONE STARKS; NICOLA STARKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC. A/K/A TIME INVESTMENT COMPANY; CURRY FORD WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 13 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 70, CURRY FORD WOODS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
