NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019902-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and BRANDON THOMPSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, RIVER PARK PHASE II, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Pages 148 and 149, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
