RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025310-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and BEULAH L. COLLINGWOOD A/K/A BEULAH COLLINGWOOD, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, SPRING LAKE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK S, PAGE(S) 11, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
