PORTNOY A/K/A MARTIN DANIEL PORTNOY; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN D. PORTNOY A/K/A MARTIN DANIEL PORTNOY N/K/A CHRISTINE PORTNOY; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/05/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
